[Franklin], – The Williamson County Public Library System (WCPLS) is inviting residents to help shape the future of library services by participating in a community survey for its upcoming 2027-2030 Strategic Plan. The survey will remain open through October 15, 2026. Information about the survey and the strategic planning process is available at WCPLTN.org. The plan will help guide decisions about services, programs, technology, facilities, collections, and community partnerships. The Williamson County Public Library System serves more than 165,000 residents through six locations across the county and is committed to ensuring that library services continue to meet the evolving needs of the community
“Our libraries belong to the community, and public input is essential as we plan for the future,” said Jessica Jeffers, Director of the Williamson County Public Library System. “We want to hear from residents across Williamson County about what we’re doing well, what could be improved, and how the library can best serve our community in the years ahead.” Survey results will be combined with staff feedback, operational data, and community engagement efforts to help identify key priorities for the 2027-2030 Strategic Plan.
