After nearly two decades of helping individuals and families achieve the American Dream through real estate, Century 21 Capital Properties Broker/Owner Eva Romero has announced her candidacy for the Tennessee House of Representatives, District 60.
Romero has spent almost 20 years serving Middle Tennessee as a real estate broker and business owner. Three years ago, she expanded her independently owned boutique brokerage by joining the Century 21 network and launching Century 21 Capital Properties, combining the personalized service her clients have always trusted with the global reach and resources of one of the world’s most recognized real estate brands.
Today, Romero leads a dedicated team of professionals committed to helping first-time homebuyers, growing families, military veterans, seniors, and investors achieve their real estate goals. Whether buying, selling, or investing, the Century 21 Capital Properties team is ready to provide expert guidance, trusted advice, and exceptional service throughout every step of the journey.
“Helping families achieve homeownership has been one of the greatest privileges of my career,” Romero said. “It has also given me a front-row seat to the challenges many homeowners face today.”
Those experiences inspired Romero to seek public office.
As a candidate for Tennessee House District 60, Romero is focused on protecting homeownership, supporting small businesses, strengthening public safety, and expanding economic opportunity. A cornerstone of her campaign is advocating for policies that help homeowners—particularly those age 65 and older—remain in the homes they worked so hard to earn without being priced out by rising property taxes.
“I believe the American Dream doesn’t end when someone buys a home,” Romero said. “We also have a responsibility to protect that dream for future generations and ensure our seniors can age with dignity in the communities they helped build.”
While Romero campaigns for public office, the mission at Century 21 Capital Properties remains stronger than ever. Backed by an experienced and caring team, the brokerage continues its commitment to helping clients navigate today’s real estate market with confidence and integrity.
Whether serving clients through real estate or serving the community through public office, Eva Romero’s mission remains the same: opening doors to opportunity, protecting homeownership, and building a stronger Tennessee—one family at a time.
