As a Christ-centered recovery organization, RLMO walks alongside men as they rebuild their lives through faith, evidence-based care, and compassionate community.
A Holistic, Trauma-Informed Foundation. RLMO recognizes that addiction, relapse, and mental health challenges often stem from unresolved trauma, fractured relationships, and a loss of purpose. To address these roots, we provide trauma-informed therapy that honors each individual’s story while equipping them with tools for long-term healing. Our occupational therapy services help men regain practical life skills, work readiness, and independence—because recovery must translate into real-life responsibility, confidence, and stability.
Restoring Stability Through Work and Financial Support. Meaningful work is essential to dignity and long-term success. RLMO actively assists men in securing employment, developing job-readiness skills, and rebuilding financial stability. We also offer financial education to teach budgeting, responsibility, and stewardship. Our goal is empowerment—not dependency—so that each man leaves RLMO prepared to support himself, his family, and his community.
Integrated Clinical and Spiritual Care. Through a third-party clinical partnership with Mind The Gap in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, RLMO ensures access to professional therapeutic services while remaining rooted in our Christian mission. Alongside clinical care, we offer pastoral counseling that provides a safe, grace-filled space for men to process grief, shame, forgiveness, identity, and calling through biblical truth and prayer. We believe lasting transformation occurs when hearts are healed, not just behaviors modified.
Physical Health, Recreation, and Community Connection. Healing extends beyond counseling sessions. RLMO supports physical wellness through an on-site workout room that encourages discipline, strength, and healthy routines. We also value joy and connection, offering recreational opportunities such as a pickleball court where relationships are strengthened and community thrives.
Transportation assistance removes barriers that often prevent individuals from attending appointments, work, church, or recovery programming. No one should miss an opportunity for growth because of logistical challenges.
