As Christmas approaches, I find myself reflecting more deeply on what this season truly means. It’s a time filled with joy, generosity, and connection, but at its core, it’s about the heart. The heart of Christmas reminds us to slow down, to give more than we take, and to look around with gratitude at the people and communities who make life richer.
Our mission at Lee Company has always been more than business. It’s about service. And this year, like every year, I’m profoundly grateful for the opportunity we have to serve families and businesses across the communities we call home. For 80+ years, we’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people during life’s everyday moments and major milestones. That’s something we don’t take lightly.
Communities are the foundation of everything. They are where families grow, friendships thrive, and where we learn what it means to support and uplift one another. The strength of a community doesn’t come from its buildings or businesses, but rather, it comes from the people who show up, who care, and who serve with heart.
I see that spirit of service in our team every day. Whether we’re repairing a home HVAC system, installing a complex mechanical solution for a facility, or volunteering alongside one of our nonprofit partners, our people lead with respect, integrity, and compassion. That’s what honoring God through our work looks like. And it’s why I believe Lee Company isn’t just a company, it’s a family.
This season, I encourage each of us to take a moment to reflect. Celebrate the joy that comes with giving, the peace that follows acts of kindness, and the fulfillment found in simply showing up for one another. That’s the heart of Christmas. And that’s what continues to make our communities strong.
