Weight loss.  A topic with no shortage of news, opinions, and advice.  Here are a few reports I thought you would find interesting.


You should exercise with your significant other. It will bring the two of you closer together. Psychologists have discovered that one way to feel like you’re bonding with your partner is by coordinating actions with them. It’s called “nonverbal mimicry”. By “matching” your actions with someone else, it will help the bond between the two of you get stronger. Think about running together or lifting weights. These exercises will require the same movements from both of you.


Here’s an easy way to lose weight: Consuming more of the day’s calories earlier in the day can help to reduce belly fat and double weight loss, scientists have found. In other words eat a big breakfast and have a light dinner.


Wish you could lose weight faster without going to a gym? We’ve got some good news for you: All you need to do is tap your toes, bounce your leg or drum you fingers. Mayo Clinic investigators say “micro moves” are enough to help you burn 100 calories per hour. That’s 30 percent more than if you didn’t fidget.
