Joe Swanson Jr., Owner/Principal Broker of Swanson Realty
In 1992 he started his own residential real estate and construction company which enhanced his existing practical and applicable knowledge of the real estate and construction industry. This experience proved beneficial in many aspects of the family-owned and operated business today. He and his wife Terry celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary this year and have three children and 8 grandchildren living in Murfreesboro.

JOE SWANSON III General Contractor, Owner of JMS III Construction
Born and raised in Murfreesboro, TN, Joe 3 started working in the summers with residential framers at the age of 13. Since then, he has built hundreds of residential homes, hundreds of commercial build-outs, and several commercial buildings as a Project Manager. Joe 3 has children, Oliver, Ivy, and Lily.
Brent & Tiffany Williams Owners of Williams Construction
Williams Construction, LLC is a family-owned business founded by Brent and Tiffany Williams. The Williams are Middle Tennessee natives with a life-long background in the construction industry. Brent has an eye for detail and is dedicated to the creation of his client’s dream. Tiffany is a Broker at Swanson Realty, LLC. They have 3 sons who can often be found on the job site with them playing in the dirt and learning the trade of the family business.
