Looking for a productive and fun way to spend your Saturday morning? Join us on Saturday, July 13th, from 8 AM to 12 PM for our Annual Fix-it-Fair, Bike Repair, and Resource Fair located at 307 S Academy St. in Murfreesboro, TN! This event is a fantastic opportunity to learn valuable skills, get your bike fixed, and enjoy some free pancakes!
Do you ever wish you knew how to handle minor home repairs on your own? Our
Fix-it-Fair is designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills to tackle those small but important tasks. Our expert volunteers will guide you through hands-on workshops. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone and everyone interested in gaining practical DIY skills. This is a great opportunity to gain the confidence to take on more projects around your home.
Not only will we have stations where you can learn basic repairs, but you will also have the opportunity to get your bike repaired! Do you need a little fix on your bike? Bring it along! Our bike repair station will be staffed by volunteers who are ready to help you get your wheels back in top shape. From fixing flat tires and adjusting brakes to more complex repairs, our team will ensure your bike is safe and ready to ride.
After you’ve visited all the stations and learned some new skills, treat yourself to a delicious breakfast! We’ll be serving free pancakes to all participants. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of this community event. After you’ve visited all the stations, learned some new skills, and treated yourself to a delicious breakfast, join us inside for the Resource Fair to learn more about all the resources that our community has to offer and how you can be a part! Invite your friends and family; we can’t wait to see you there!
