Happy New Year 2026!
As we move past the Christmas season, we step into a new year filled with fresh opportunity and hope.
It’s natural for us to mark time in days, weeks, months, and seasons. And as many of us have noticed, the years seem to pass more quickly the older we get.
As we reflect on the year now behind us—whether it brought joy, challenge, or both—we all arrive at 2026 together. We do so with hope, renewed expectations, and a desire for blessings not only for ourselves, but also for our families, friends, and loved ones.
Scripture offers timeless guidance for both our daily lives and our eternal walk. Philippians 3 provides a meaningful perspective for the start of a new year. In verses 13 and 14, the Apostle Paul writes:
“Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”
As we begin this new year, may we take these words to heart—letting go of the past, focusing on what lies ahead, and continuing to grow in faith as we walk daily with the Lord.
May God’s blessings be with you throughout 2026.
