March 31st, Christians celebrated Easter. The observance of Easter, a cornerstone of our Christian faith, invites us to reflect on the profound sacrifice and triumphant resurrection of Jesus Christ. Through His crucifixion, a sinless Jesus embraced humanity’s sins, fulfilling God’s will out of love. In the Garden of Gethsemane, He humbly submitted to God’s plan, praying:
“Abba, Father, if you are willing, remove this cup (death) from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours be done.”
This event marks a gift of immeasurable value—assurance of eternal life in heaven for those who believe, seek forgiveness, and strive to emulate Christ in our daily lives. This is the Gospel’s joyous message of Good News!
While Easter Sunday has concluded, the essence of Christ’s resurrection transcends time. It is not just a day to remember but a truth to live by. “He is Risen, Hallelujah” is more than a proclamation; it’s a daily call to embody the hope and renewal that define our faith.
May we carry the spirit and meaning of Easter with us all year, celebrating the resurrection that anchors our Christian beliefs and guides our lives.
